Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. To cancel or reschedule in less than 24 hours in advance, please contact us at chandra.artistry@gmail.com. In the event you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours, your non-refundable retainer is forfeit and will not apply towards a future appointment.
